DaBaby is enjoying the high life with his and DaniLeigh’s daughter, Velour. The rapper recently shared photos of him and his daughter spending time together.
Velour and DaBaby were quite the jet setters as they took a ride on a private jet. DaBaby’s daughter fell asleep during the trip at which point her father cuddled her while relaxing in the seat. Many social media fans loved to see the rapper and his daughter together.
DaniLeigh and DaBaby co-parent their daughter to ensure that she feels the love from both of her parents. The recording artists were an item until their explosive breakup last November that partially unfolded on Instagram Live. DaBaby allegedly asked DaniLeigh to move out of his condo with their daughter after reportedly finding a contraceptive that belonged to her.
A portion of the argument that ensued over the new arrangements occurred while Dani was holding baby Velour. DaBaby eventually called the police on his former partner and pressed charges for assault. The rapper also made it a point to go on social media to give his side of the story, which included details about how he had allegedly been beaten by hi ex-girlfriend while attempting to foster a peaceful transition.
DaniLeigh vowed to focus on her baby immediately following the chaos and expressed regret when speaking with Angie Martinez about the incident earlier this year.
“It was very triggering, very sad,” Dani shared. “I wish it didn’t happen because I don’t want my baby to see that later on in life,” the recording artist added. “But she’ll grow to be her own person and to be able to take things in,” the celebrity mom concluded.
DaniLeigh recently released her long-awaited EP called My Side, which gives her account of the blow-up between her and DaBaby. Little Velour is featured in her mom’s music video for the song ‘Dead To Me.’ Watch the video in its entirety here!
