According to an affidavit cited by WFMJ, Stephen Ayres entered the U.S. Capitol building without authorization on January 6, 2021. Later that day, he posted videos of himself inside the Capitol and in a hotel room on Facebook.

Ayres reportedly said in a statement that he had published a social media post where he stated that the mainstream media, social media, Democratic party, FISA courts, Chief Justice John Roberts, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, etc., had all committed TREASON against a sitting U.S. president! Finally, We, The People, have put everyone on notice!

What will your plans be on January 6? sluggish at home? Do you have any faith that things won’t go out of hand for our country? Alternatively, are you ready to start the fight for the American Dream? Again!?!?” The document indicated that Ayres responded to Trump’s tweet.

Late in December 2020, Ayres wrote on Facebook that he and a few other people will be to Washington, D.C., for the Trump event on January 6! So maybe we’ll hear that the D.S. are all being tried for treason!
