The jury also learned that Lindholm had gone to a friend’s house after dinner to give herself an alibi while Amey carried out her instructions.
Police conducted a televised press conference a week later to solicit assistance in locating the missing man. When the cameras started rolling, Lindholm smiled and seemed at comfortable, but as soon as they did, she turned into “the unhappy girlfriend.”
