She “smelled of alcohol and had glazed eyes” and when cops urged her to calm down, she tried to punch the woman.

SCHOOLGIRL ‘MURDER’

Girl, 9, knifed to death in front of sister while playing in the street

The mum-of-two was sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for two years.

Radcliffe hit headlines when her love-sick ex Dale McLaughlan crossed the Irish Sea on a jet ski to visit her in lockdown in December 2020.

The pair had planned to get married, but they split up just three months after his reckless 25-mile voyage.

Before the attack on April 24, cops went to Radcliffe’s home in Douglas, Isle of Man, on an unrelated matter which was not pursued.

She was in the garden at the time and, as she was arrested, she pushed one officer.

Radcliffe was put in handcuffs and taken to a police van before becoming aggressive, refusing to get in the van and pushing an officer again.

She was said to be shouting and swearing as she used her legs to block the van door being closed.

Cops were forced to use Pava spray – similar to pepper spray – to restrain her.

Radcliffe kicked one officer in the face before spitting in the face of another cop.

She dug her nails into his arm, swore and made vile threats to the second officer in the horror attack.

In an police interview, Radcliffe said the cops had been hurting her arms and she kept asking them to get off her before she lost her temper.

She denied assaulting cops and said she had just sat on the van bumper as she wanted a minute to calm down.

Radcliffe said that she has had an issue with people touching her arms since going to prison on previous offences, the Deputy High Bailiff’s Court in the Isle of Man Courts of Justice.

She told police: “I’m the one that’s been assaulted.

HORROR ATTACK

“Have you seen my arms?”

In court, she admitted two counts of assaulting a police officer, three counts of obstructing police, and one of threatening behaviour..

Then on May 7, cops were on patrol at 12.40am when they came across Radcliffe involved in an altercation with another woman on the street.

Radcliffe was swearing and shouting “I’ll kill you” as she attempted to grab the other woman.

She “smelled of alcohol and had glazed eyes”, a court heard.

Officers tried to calm her down but she refused. She then tried to punch the woman.

Radcliffe was subsequently arrested and made no reply after caution.

Radcliffe pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly.

Defence advocate Louise Cooil said the offences in April came about after cops arrested her for matters which came to nothing following a “malicious complaint made about her”.

Ms Cooil said that her client suffered from anxiety and a doctor had indicated a potential post-traumatic stress diagnosis.

Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks sentenced Radcliffe to six months in custody, suspended for two years.

He trod her: “I hope the work you undertake with probation will ensure an offence-free life in the future, but ultimately that’s not their job, that’s your job.”

Radcliffe was ordered to pay £250 prosecution costs at a rate of £10 per week deducted from benefits.

Radcliffe was also fined £200 for being drunk and disorderly while she was on bail for the police assaults.

Mr Brooks banned her from licensed premises for six months and ordered her to pay £250 compensation to each of two cops.

In December last year, Radcliffe was released from jail four months EARLY so she could spend Christmas with her kids.

She walked free on November 8 – just three months and 21 days into her eight-month sentence for attacking another woman, The Sun can reveal.

Mum-of-two Radcliffe and pal Leanna Louise Bradley, 33, forced their way into a woman’s home before punching and kicking her while her children were upstairs at 9.45am on March 31, 2021.

The pair then grabbed and assaulted a police officer while they were being arrested at the scene.
