Sarah J. Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses, also known as the Acotar Series, is an adult fantasy novel. This series consists of five books in total. A Court of Thorns and Roses was published in 2015, A Court of Mist and Fury in 2016, A Court of Wings and Ruin in 2017, A Court of Frost and Starlight in 2018, and A Court of Silver Flames in 2021, respectively.

The book series talks about Feyre Archeron, a mortal who murders a faerie and is brought into their world, how she met Rhysand, High Lord, how they fell in love, and the difficulties they face that led them to their fate. Interaction between mortal and immortal world.

Does Feyre End Up With Rhysand

Immortal world Night Court’s High Lord, Rhysand, a fae is first introduced in A Court of Thorns and Roses which was published in 2015. He’s shown, as a villain at the start but as the story evolves his character also evolves and became a hero from a villain.

Other courts in Prythian, calls Rhys ‘Amarantha’s whore and he’s a powerful fae, who has the power of darkness, also can expand his wings, can read people’s mind, if wanted and needed, can change their memories too, and many more. As the story goes, we get to see who he is and what made him the ‘bad boy’.

Feyre on the other hand is our mortal. Tamlin brought her into Prythian, Rhys’s immortal world after she killed a fairy. It’s our mortal girl who first fell for the charm of our immortal bad boy. In the first book of this series, A Court of Thorns and Roses, Feyre fell in love with Rhys, which can break Amarantha’s curse she cast on Prythian.

As the story progresses, Feyre also becomes one of Prythian’s immortals after being killed by Amarantha. She can also be called one of the strongest fairies. She was given a drop of blood of every High Lord to bring her back to life, along with blood, a little number of their powers also got into her, making her the strongest of them all.

Feyre and Rhysand’s Moments

Feyre and Rhys meet for the first time when in the Spring Court Rhys came there to threaten others and Feyre left Tamlin’s house. Tamlin and Lucien tried to hide her, Rhys, of course, saw her through it and Rhys started controlling Feyre’s mind making Tamlin beg to leave her. Later, it revealed what his intentions were behind his behavior; he wanted Feyre to leave Prythian.

As the story goes on, Rhys and Feyre’s relationship also progresses. Due to a certain situation, Feyre got injured, in return to which, Rhys made a deal with her according to which she had to spend a week every month with him if she wants him to heal her in chapter 37 of the first part of the series.

Feyre and Rhysand

In chapter 40, Feyre completed her second task successfully by using telepathy and communicating through Rhys’ tattoo. It was the first time they used their bond to communicate with each other. Later, in the chapter, Feyre needed comfort and distraction and her hero arrived there at the right time. He went to her room as he knew what she needed right now, and he also licked her tears making her stop crying.

“Don’t let her see you cry. Put your hands at your side and stand up.” Said, Rhys in chapter number forty. By the end of the chapter, Feyre realizes that it is Rhys who has kept her from breaking down completely.

Does Feyre and Rhysand End Up Together?

In the Court Of Mist and Fury’s chapter 68, Rhys said to the court that Feyre is his mate and spy and also warned them never to disrespect her. He also mentioned, from that moment onwards she will be the High Lady of Prythian’s Night Court.

In the court, Rhys said that Feyre is not his consort, not his wife. She’s the High Lady of the Night Court, his equal in every way, she’s the one who will wear his crown and will also sit on a throne that’s beside his. Said Rhys, he further warned them never to sideline her. She’s his queen.

By the end of the second novel of this series, Feyre and Rhys got married in an unofficial marriage as in their immortal world fae don’t get married and finally mated their bond.
