Members of Sony’s PS Plus subscription service will be treated to the usual bevvy of new free games in February 2022, with this fresh batch of titles spanning across the PS4 and PS5 consoles.
As rumours swirl suggesting that Sony could be revamping its membership offering with a PlayStation Game Pass to rival Microsoft’s oft-praised Xbox Game Pass, it’s nice to see that the powers-that-be have not forgotten all of the people that already subscribe to PS Plus and PS Now.

And so, while we try to recover from the news that Sony is buying Bungie, keep on reading to learn which new free games are coming to PS Plus and PS Now this month!
PS Plus free games for February 2022 confirmed
Sony has confirmed the following PS Plus games for February 2022, with all of them coming to the service with a shared release date of 1st February 2022:
- UFC 4 (PS4 and PS5)
- Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure (PS4 and PS5)
- Planet Coaster: Console Edition (PS5 only)
The February 2022 PS Plus games will be available to download until 28th February 2022. There’s no word on a PSVR PS Plus game for February 2022 at this stage, but we’ll update this page if one is announced later. And looking ahead beyond that, we’ll be sure to share the news of the March 2022 PS Plus games as soon as we can.
PS Now free games for February 2022 confirmed
If you’re a member of Sony’s other subscription service, PS Now, you’ll be pleased to know that some goodies are coming onto that platform this month as well.
The February 2022 PS Now games are listed below, and they all became available on PS4, PS5 and PC on 1st February 2022 via the Cloud:
- Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition
- Little Big Workshop
- Through the Darkest of Times
- Death Squared
The Vice City remaster will only be available on PS Now until 2nd May 2022, but the other games on that list do not have their removal dates confirmed as of yet.

It’s also worth remembering that PS5 owners with an active PS Plus subscription can also access the following free games, known as the PS Plus Collection, at any point:
