The victim who is seen in the video gave a statement to the police that when she went to the bathroom in her house accused i.e., Jugraj Singh forcefully entered the bathroom and clicked her pictures in order to blackmail the girl. After denying by the girl, he assaulted her and threatened her to post those pictures on social media. The girl further said she hid this from her family as she was scared and therefore did not tell this anyone. She had to meet him, however, she tried to be away from him but could not.

According to their statement given her police officer registered a complaint against Jugraj Singh under sections 376, 295, and 506 of IPC (Indian Penal Code) and sections 67 and 67A of the IT Act (Information and Technology Act). The investing officer of the case Bhupinder Singh said that the medical examinations of the accused have been done and police are also searching for the accused.
