MONSTER child killer Aaron Campbell was rushed to hospital after being battered by a sickened fellow con.
The beast – who murdered six-year-old schoolgirl Alesha MacPhail – was brutally beaten on Wednesday in his cell at Polmont Young Offenders.

The attack left his “front tooth through his lip” and happened after his door was briefly left open during mealtime, a source said.
His attacker – hailed a hero by inmates – had to be dragged off stricken Campbell, 20, by warders as he rained down vicious blows.
Alesha’s great-grandad George Lochrane, 79, said of the attack: “I hope he’s in pain. I hope he’s suffering.
“The only thing I’m sorry about is that I didn’t get to do it myself.”
The prison source said: “His door was open and someone saw the opportunity and took it.
“He pushed Campbell onto his bed and started leathering him and got a good few shots in.
“Campbell wasn’t expecting it at all, he never said anything.
“He got rushed to hospital after his front tooth ended up sticking through his lip.

“Everyone in here is happy, staff have been making sly comments that he deserved it.
“He’s normally kept apart from everyone in here as everyone wants to hang him.
“They would kill him if they could because of what he did to that wee girl.
“But there was a brief chance to get at him and the boy took it. He could get a serious assault charge against him but he’s not bothered, he says it was worth it.”
We told how warped Campbell has been living in virtual solitary confinement and has been too scared to leave his cell after serious threats were made against his life.
The twisted killer spends his days reading books about murderers and enjoying his Xbox after a sicko female penpal from abroad sent him cash, the source revealed.
A Scottish Prison Service spokeswoman said: “We do not comment on individual prisoners.”
Alesha, from Airdrie, was on holiday visiting family when the evil teen crept into her home and snatched her from bed in July 2018.
Depraved Campbell then raped and murdered her, leaving her body in a derelict hotel’s grounds with 117 injuries.
He was caged for at least 27 years, later cut to 24 on appeal, following a nine-day trial at the High Court in Glasgow in February 2019.
Judge Lord Matthews branded him a “cold, callous, calculating, remorseless and dangerous” individual.
He warned that the killer would only be released if “a lot of work” was done to change him.
Following his conviction, The Scottish Sun led a successful legal action to reveal his identity which had been protected as he was under 18.
