Rachael Finch has revealed that she spent seven days recovering from Covid-19.
The model detailed her journey on Instagram, telling her fans that she suffered from a high fever and was consumed by negative thoughts.
The 33-year-old wrote at length: ‘My week offline was spent at home with Covid! Feels like everyone I talk to either has it or someone in their family does. Sucks.’

She went on to explain that both herself and her husband Michael Miziner are double vaccinated.
Rachael said that on day one, she ‘didn’t feel too bad. Sore throat and sleepy. Straight away increased my water and vitamin intake’, adding Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin B, magnesium and astragalus to her regime.
Day two was her, ‘worst day’ she revealed, saying she ‘could not get out of a horizontal position all day. [Had the] headache from hell, dizzy, nauseous, tired, negative thoughts’ and had a 39 degrees Celsius temperature, spending most of the day asleep.

On day three she was ‘still nauseous, dizzy and [had a] temperature’ but felt better, but experienced ‘crazy dreams’ and a lower back ache.
By day five she was on the mend, and spent some time in a sauna as well as doing stretches, but felt ‘slightly disorientated and cloudy’.
Day six she ‘meditated upon waking’ and ‘felt amazing’, saying she was ‘glad to not have a headache’ and was ‘appreciating all the small things.’

On the seventh day, she said she was a ‘new woman’ and went for a ‘long walk’ with her dog.
Rachael told her fans that the experience she was, ‘grateful grateful grateful’ to have recovered.
