Amazon is flogging one of the most attractive Apple handsets for a seriously low price.

It’s an attractive, powerful and popular Apple smartphone.
The handset only launched a few years ago, and cost a whopping £749 at the time – so £204.99 is a spectacular price.

This particular model is refurbished.
That means it may have been used before, or simply sold and then returned.
But Amazon said it has been “professionally inspected, tested and cleaned” by its suppliers.
There aren’t any clearly visible scratches or dents.

And the iPhone is backed by an Amazon Renewed Guarantee of one year.
So if you’re not satisfied within the first year, you can claim a replacement or refund.
The handset comes with a SIM removal, a charger and charging cable.
But you’ll still need to buy your own SIM card – just like with a regular iPhone.
This is also close to the cheapest price that the iPhone XR has ever been sold for (only recently beaten by £203.99 just a few days ago).
The iPhone XR is just over three years old, but is still a highly capable handset.
It’s got the newer all-screen design with the notch at the top.
And it’s equipped with Apple’s fancy Face ID facial recognition feature to unlock the handset.
The iPhone XR is powered by the nippy A12 processor, and has classy aluminium edging.
This particular model comes in black, so it’s a safe buy for most gadget fans.
And it’s got a generous 64GB of storage that will hold dozens of apps and thousands of snaps.
If you’re looking for a fairly modern iPhone, this is one of the cheapest ways to upgrade.
Importantly, the iPhone XR is still receiving iOS updates.
That means it can access the latest features and security patches in the most recent iOS 15 upgrade.
It looks very likely that it will also support the big iOS 16 update coming later this year.
