Tampa police and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office have dubbed Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Blaine Gabbert a “citizen hero” after he and his two brothers rescued four people from Hillsborough Bay after a helicopter crashed on Thursday night.
