Three cops were reacting to abusive behavior at home call when the gunfire ejected. The officials had shown up at the scene after a lady requested assistance during a debate with her child, authorities said.
While one official stayed with the lady and one of her children, two others advanced down a long, tight passage to the room where McNeil was the point at which he started terminating, striking them both.
