The mum-to-be, expecting twins with partner Adrien Kiernan, shared a heartfelt update from her hospital bed, emphasizing that despite the chaos, her family is now “doing great”.

Rachel’s update came after a series of alarming events. Just days before her own hospitalization, her 10-year-old daughter, Holly, suffered a terrifying seizure—a first for the young girl. The incident left the entire family shaken, with Rachel describing it as “the scariest night of our lives”.
In her own words:
“We experienced the scariest night of our lives on Wednesday. When we ran into Holly’s room hearing choking noises! Holly has never experienced a seizure before, and it was like nothing I have ever seen.”
Thankfully, Holly recovered well, but the emotional toll lingered. Rachel admitted she still couldn’t discuss the incident without crying, haunted by the image of her daughter mid-seizure.
Rachel’s Hospital Stay and Pregnancy Update
Amid the family emergency, Rachel was also admitted to the hospital, though she downplayed the severity. Posting from her hospital bed, she assured followers:
“What a busy few days we’ve had, when it rains, it pours. I was admitted to the hospital, but I’m getting home today and I’m feeling great.”
She provided a cheerful update on her twins, revealing:
“Babies are also doing great. Baby girl is still bum down, and baby boy is transverse, so he’s lying sideways up over her. Little wagons already!”
Despite the challenges, Rachel remained optimistic, crediting her partner Adrien for his unwavering support during the crisis.
The Emotional Aftermath and Moving Forward
The traumatic episode left Rachel reflecting on life’s fragility. She shared:
“Once again we were reminded how short life is and how lucky we are when we have our health… Her daddy was obviously looking over her because I honestly don’t know how we heard her choking. Our guardian Angel.”
Holly’s sisters, Leah and Hannah, were deeply affected, with Rachel noting they were “absolutely traumatized” after witnessing the seizure.
