The Love Island stars’ families have not been shy to share their opinions as Davide Sanclimenti’s team criticised Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu while Andrew Le Page‘s loved ones made a sly dig at Tasha Ghouri.
Every series, the families and friends of the Islanders take control of their social media pages while they are without their phones in the Mallorca villa, but this year, they have been very vocal with their opinions on the drama.
Newcomers Jay Younger and Remi Lambert turned heads in the villa on Wednesday night’s episode, with Davide taking a knock to his ego as he watched current partner Ekin-Su crack on with both bombshells.

But Davide’s family were unimpressed after watching her enjoy two dates with the new boys as they took to his Instagram grid to fume over the turn of events.
His team argued that Davide ‘deserves someone genuine’ as they called for him to couple up with Paige Thorne, who is currently paired up with Jacques O’Neill.
They also slammed Ekin-Su for getting upset with Davide not making her coffee in the morning in a very opinionated statement.
Alongside a snap of a smiling Davide, they fumed: ‘How about you make your own coffee.

‘Over the past few days we all had to tolerate a desperate attempt to steal the show.
‘Like Davide said ‘something is not quite right’ and we really hope he figures out what’s really going on and takes action.
‘He’s got a big heart and deserves someone genuine, someone on the same Pa(i)ge.
”I’d rather be in bed with you’… If you want to be treated like a lady, act like one first.

But Ekin-Su’s team were very quick to hit back at the lengthy statement, as they called for the Islander’s families to remain ‘neutral’ throughout the series.
Posting on Ekin-Su’s Instagram Stories after Wednesday’s show, they shared Davide’s statement and said ‘little digs’ and ‘hate’ towards Islanders ‘should not be tolerated’.
The impassioned post read: ‘I just wanted to make sure we understand the roles in handling Insta accounts.
‘We are supposed to be neutral and little digs to other cast members should not be tolerated.
‘Most behaves on the show have been designed for audiences entertainment, no hate just lessons to be learnt.’ (sic)

And they weren’t the only ones who voiced their candid opinions on the Islanders’ social media accounts, as Andrew’s team also made a sly dig at his current partner Tasha Ghouri.
In Wednesday’s instalment, Tasha admitted that she had her eye on newcomer Jay as she enjoyed a lunchtime date with the bombshell, after spending the night in the Hideaway with Andrew.
But Andrew’s team appeared disappointed by Tasha’s interest in Jay as they took to the real estate’s Instagram Stories to share tweets from viewers.
One post read, ‘this man deserves better,’ alongside a picture of Andrew.
And they also shared a meme which seemed to imply that Tasha was tossing Andrew aside after the arrival of the two new boys in the villa.

The opinionated statements come after a drama-packed episode which saw Davide grow frustrated as Ekin-Su turned on her flirt with the two newbies over a date.
‘Play with Monopoly, not with me,’ Davide vented to the boys, which came after antics such as Ekin-Su sharing spaghetti with Jay across the table and confirming she would like to get to know him.
And in a teaser clip ahead of Thursday night’s episode, it looks as though things will be heating up even more as Ekin-Su sneaks off to share a kiss with Scotsman Jay.
Ekin-Su told Jay her woes with Davide: ‘There have been times when he hasn’t been putting effort in. You know when you’re just like, ‘are you here?”.
And in other proceedings, Tasha told Jay that it would ‘take a lot’ for her head to be turned from Andrew, but said: ‘I’m not completely wifed down.’

After arriving in the villa, Remi and Jay picked three girls to take on a lunch date, with one girl making the starter, another making the main and one making dessert.
Jay picked Tasha to make his dessert and he appeared to be causing a stir as she admitted she was attracted to him and told him to ‘wait and see’ what happened.
Jay quizzed Tasha on her romance with Andrew, asking: ‘In terms of attraction in the villa do you just have eyes for Andrew or do you think there’s anyone else?’
To which Tasha cheekily replied: ‘Obviously at the moment it’s Andrew and you but we will have to wait and see won’t we.’

Jay also had a date with Amber, who made his starter, and Ekin-Su, who served his main, while Remi opted for Indiyah for starter, Paige for main and dessert by Ekin-Su.
Elsewhere in Wednesday’s episode, Jay appeared unconvinced by Tasha and Andrew’s bond as he spoke to Remi about their coupling.
Remi said: ‘Tasha and Andrew look so good together.’
But Jay insisted: ‘Bro, let me tell you man, Tasha wants out of that relationship.’
To which Remi asked: ‘Do you think?’

But it remains to be seen if Tasha’s head will be turned after things heated up between her and Andrew and they spent the night in the Hideaway.
In Tuesday night’s episode, the couple got hot and heavy in the boudoir as they were treated to a night without the interference of their fellow Islanders.
Cuddling up for a night of passion, talk soon turned to the couples’ fantasies, before the pair threw themselves onto the rose petal strewn sheets for a make out session.
