FAITH Dingle’s health becomes a priority for her loved ones after she reveals she’s battling breast cancer.
But when she makes a heartbreaking decision about chemotherapy, the Emmerdale character creates an unexpected family feud.
After weeks of secrecy, Faith Dingle (played by Sally Dexter) revealed she was diagnosed with breast cancer during a birthday party at The Woolpack.
Coming clean about her condition has shaken her children, Cain and Chas (portrayed by Jeff Hordley and Lucy Pargeter), to the core.
In scenes due to air next week, however, all hell begins to break lose within the family.
It all begins when Faith reveals to Chas that she doesn’t want to carry on with her chemotherapy.

The decision prompts Chas to approach Cain, believing he is the only one Faith will listen.
But while Chas implores him to put his differences with Faith aside and speak with her, Cain remains stoic – but lashes out at village GP Liam Cavanagh later on.
Faith is later swayed by Chas into resuming her chemo and heavily in denial, Chas isn’t aware that this isn’t the decision Faith wanted to make.
Cain and Chas keep clashing over Faith’s decision to continue with her chemotherapy but the latter is left feeling guilty when Cain calls her out or influencing her choice.
