A former Big Brother star has been praised by fans for offering single mums fleeing the war in Ukraine a home and a job.
Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, who appeared in the 2006 series of BB, is desperate to help and has even made Prime Minister Boris Johnson aware of her gesture.

The 43-year-old tweeted: “Happy to offer free accommodation for any single mothers fleeing from Ukraine, not sure how to go about it, so here’s my offer, also happy to employ any single mothers from Ukraine too.”
Fans have applauded the Aisleyne for her efforts to help refugees who have been left without a home or work as Russian invades Ukraine.
“You literally have a heart of gold 💛💙 xxx,” one told her.
Another said: “And this is why we need more women in business, in power, in government…EVERYWHERE. The patriarchy fooled everyone.”
And a third added: “What a kind soul! Being a single mother is hard at anytime, believe me! but these poor people need all the support anyone can give 😢.”
Camden Council in London has also responded and signposted Aisleyne to information on how people can help those fleeing the conflict.
SAVVY STAR
After leaving the Big Brother house, Aisleyne was shrewd with the money she made from subsequent TV appearances, magazine deals and glamour shoots.
By 2017, the savvy star was sitting on a multi-million pound fortune after investing her earnings in property.
Appearing on Channel 4’s How’d You Get So Rich?, she said: “I came out of the Big Brother house and I thought, ‘I’ll ride this wave, five, ten minutes, however long it lasts whatever comes my way’.”
Aisleyne went straight into glamour modelling and her first paid job was a photo shoot with lads mag Nuts, which she says made her a “life-changing” amount of cash.
“I put the money straight into property. I didn’t buy one pair of shoes, one handbag, I didn’t spoil myself,” she said.
Aisleyne bought cheap property in the King’s Cross area. It is now worth millions in rental and assets.
