GEMMA Collins’ fiancé Rami Hawash was seen without his eye patch for the first time since his ‘very serious accident’ left him needing surgery.
Earlier this month, the former Towie star opened up about Rami’s injuries, revealing he suffered “a very serious accident.”

Since the accident, Rami has sported an eye patch to protect it while he waits to have surgery.
But he was seen this morning without the patch as the family got ready to host an Easter party.
As Gemma showed off her decorated kitchen, Rami sat enjoying his breakfast of homemade shakshuka and bread.
He looked up to the camera and smiled with his eye injury visible for the first time.
Rami’s eye looked swollen and closed over after Gemma told fans what happened earlier this month.
Sharing a selfie of the reunited pair, Rami could be seen with a medical patch over his eye and deep gash on the bridge of his nose.
Gemma posted the photo to Instagram, saying Rami had the accident at work the week before and she would feel better about his injuries once his surgery was completed.
The TV star, who is having a rough week, also told fans her mum had a near miss while driving her car.
“Glasgow to london No SLEEP 💤 a break down in the car 🚘 but I made it back to you ❤️ our first week apart since dating ….” she captioned the post.
“I missed you ❤️ also guys just before I left for my tour rami had a very serious accident on his eye 👁 and nose at work he needs an operation it’s been a really weird week leading up to my tour !!!

Gemma’s had a rough few days after her car broke down on the motorway from London to Glasgow – at 4.30am.
She told followers: “Guys you couldn’t write this. I’m now broken down in a car at the M6 toll. Can someone come and rescue me please?”
