A fan page for Chris Martin and Gwyneth on Instagram posted a screenshot of the photo.
“Apple & Moses on GP’s phone, from the latest @goop newsletter. Are you all following the newsletter? I’m a fan of it, especially GP’s suggestions on all kinds of stuff,” they captioned the photo.
“It’s very fun if you’re a fan to stay updated but also she gives some great suggestions. I watched some good shows and read some good books after I heard about them from her 💃🏽 Would recommend!” they continued.

The children set the photo as their mother’s lock screen.

Fans were quick to comment on how much her children have grown up.
“Wow… they grew up so handsome and beautiful,” wrote one fan.
Others said the children “grew up overnight.”
LOCK SCREEN BACKLASH
The reason why Gwyneth shared the photo of her children is that they didn’t like her current lock screen, so they changed it.
In her April 18 Goop newsletter, the 49-year-old got candid about her old lock screen.
“My lock screen was a picture of Brad without his shirt on. And my kids were so traumatized that they picked up the phone and took this selfie,” she wrote.
She is currently married to director, Brad Falchuk.

Brad is a television writer, director, and producer.
He is best known for co-creating the shows Glee and the American Horror Story.
Brad also co-created Scream Queens in 2015.
He met the actress in 2010 on the set of Glee.
At the time, Brad was an executive producer on the show and Gwyneth had a guest appearance as a substitute teacher.
They went public in 2015 and got engaged in November 2017.
The 51-year-old married Gwyneth on September 29, 2018, in the Hamptons.
Steven Spielberg, Camron Diaz, and Robert Downey Jr. were among the celebrity guests who attended.
Brad has been married once before Gwyn to television producer, Suzanne Bukinik Falchuk.
Gwyneth and Chris’ divorce was finalized in 2016.
Gwyneth shares Apple, 17, and Moses, 16, with her ex-husband, Chris.
She does not have any children with her current husband, but he has two children from his previous marriage.
