HARRY has been criticised for copying other trendy icons before him – but following someone else’s lead is what makes fashion.

Instead of following ideas and copying catwalk looks, he takes his inspiration from history’s best, and sometimes quirkiest, dressed.

And everyone else is at it – take Kim Kardashian channelling Marilyn Monroe at the Met gala.

They are simply celebrating and complimenting the golden oldies.

Harry’s love of being different while still paying homage to his style heroes is why he gets himself on the “best-dressed” lists in fashion magazines and designer campaigns.

Those who scoffed at him for wearing a dress or carrying a handbag might even see a new pop star stealing Harry’s style soon.
