Katie Price has questioned why she hasn’t been granted an MBE yet.
The mum-of-five has campaigned tirelessly for stricter laws around online trolling due to the abuse her disabled son Harvey has received.
She’s now wondering why she’s been overlooked and not been made a Member of the Order of the British Empire.
Katie, 43, opened up on her frustrations in an interview with The Guardian.
She highlighted how she unsuccessfully ran for parliament back in 2001, explaining that she’s turned things around.
The star said: “Now I’m in the Houses of Parliament campaigning for better laws and opening up people’s eyes to life for people with disabilities”.
Katie started ‘Harvey’s law’ in 2018, a proposed law which would make it illegal to troll or abuse others online.
The movement, which also wants a registry of known trolls available to the public, aims to hold offenders accountable.
Katie added: “Honestly, I see others getting MBEs who’ve done less than me, and I think: why not me?”
