CHRISTINE and Paddy McGuinness looked loved-up on their incredible family holiday after their recent marital struggles.

The pair were forced at the last minute to scrap a booked holiday to Spain after realising their daughter’s passport had expired.

But a swift change of plan meant the McGuinnesses got their make or break trip after-all.

The clan headed to a lodge at Center Parcs, Notts; the perfect natural retreat to iron out any relationship issues.

It seemed to do the trick as Paddy shared a smiley picture of the couple outside their temporary woodland home.

Christine said: “Well that was Tree-mendous 🌳.

HEARTBREAKING

My daughter didn’t want to live after the pandemic, says Christine McGuinness

“We stayed amongst the trees, with the birds and the bees 🦢🐝.”

Paddy explained how it was tough breaking the news of their cancelled Spanish trip to their three autistic kids, but found the back-up choice to be perfect for their needs.

He said: “It was a big tree house and the kids absolutely loved it!!! We had a full week of activities booked for them and discovered a few of our children’s hidden talents, namely scaling the indoor climbing walls. I’m so proud of how well they did but mainly by how much fun they had. ❤

The TV star added: “If you’re a family who struggles with airports and all the hassles of travelling abroad this place could be the answer, it even had it’s own beach!

“The staff were great with the kids and you can please yourself what you want to do. You can chill out and have a quiet one or dive into all the activities! We did a bit of both. We’ll definitely go back there.
We’re home now to our own beds, which no holiday can ever beat!”

Earlier this month former model Christine said that she and Paddy were going through a “very, very difficult time.”

The Sun exclusively revealed how their marriage was rocked by cheating claims after allegations the Max and Paddy star kissed a TV personality.

In a bid to get things back on track, Christine revealed plans to jet off on a holiday to work on their marriage.

In a chat with Best magazine, she said: “I’m not sure we are now! We’re having a bit of a nightmare to be honest. We just realised our youngest Felicity’s passport runs out tomorrow, so now we’re a bit unsure we are going at all.”

Christine also opened up on Paddy’s parenting skills, coining him a “good dad.”

The blonde beauty said: “In the early years, he really struggled. He went away an awful lot and it was difficult for him to fully bond with the children. But once we got over the early toddler years, he started coming home more, and he’s been amazing.

“I can’t fault him as a dad. I love seeing that bond between him and the children. They absolutely love him to bits.”
