MATT Willis has returned to Instagram after eight months insisting he is “gonna be changing a lot in my life”.
The Busted star said he enjoyed being social-media free after quitting the app while performing on stage last year.

Matt turned 39 years old on Sunday, and shared a snap of him with his TV presenter wife Emma Willis, 46, with his 390,000 fans.
He said: “I’m back!!! That was a long seven days, I know. Not that I think that anyone has at all been waiting for me to get back on here…
“I did a seven day social media detox that I enjoyed so said I’ll do 30 days and that ended up being eight months!
“Not gonna lie it’s been great. But I do miss interacting with people on here.
“So, I’m gonna be back and gonna be changing a lot in my life and that will be reflected on my Instagram.
“I’m excited about what’s to come. I hope it fills you with as much joy as I hope it fills me with.”
He added: “This is me and @emmawillisofficial on my birthday yesterday. I’m a lucky happy man. Big love to everyone.”
Matt starred as Dr. Pomatter in the stage musical Waitress during his break from social media.

And he recently revealed his big dream was to make it as an actor in Hollywood.
But he fears his tattoos are holding him back.
The ex-bassist said his body art, including one tatt of a Twix chocolate bar, hasn’t done him any favours.
Matt, who last year won a role in WW11 film Wolves Of War alongside Ed Westwick, told Heat magazine: “I’ve just filmed a war movie and obviously in the 1940s, people didn’t have tattooed hands.
“I had to go to the make-up chair hours before anyone else, every single day, to have them covered up.
“It was a real pain for me and for the make-up crew. On day one, they were like, ‘Ooh, how exciting’.
“By day four, they were more like, ‘F***ing hell, not you again’.”
Back in 2017, Matt was turned away from two gyms while on tour in Tokyo with the Busted boys for having tattoos.
