Hollywood actor Jack Wagner of Melrose Place and General Hospital fame – who famously was engaged to Heather Locklear – has had a tragedy in his family.
Wagner’s son Harrison was found dead in a parking lot in North Hollywood early in the morning on Monday, it has been shared.
Harrison’s mother is Jack’s ex-wife, When Calls The Heart actress Kristina Wagner.
There is an on going investigation as the Los Angeles Police Department does not know how the 27-year-old – who had struggled with addiction in the past – died, according to a case report from the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.

It is not known yet if his trouble with addiction played a part in his death.
An autopsy has been scheduled.
Jack, 62, and Kristina, 59, have yet to comment of the passing of their son.
It was shared by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner that Wagner was pronounced dead in North Hollywood at 5:14 a.m. PST on Monday.

Jack welcomed Harrison in December 1994 with his wife at the time, actress Kristina Wagner, who is best know for her TV show When Calls The Heart as well as the films Children of Internment and The Storyteller.
Together Jack and Kristina also have 31-year-old son Peter. The couple wed in 1993 and divorced in 2006.
Jack also has daughter Kerry, born in 1988, after having a one night stand with a woman.

In 2016 Harrison was reported as missing.
Harrison was gone for a week after a relapse, it was shared by his father.
‘I’m going to ask those who want to share their fears, addictions & struggles to do so w me via Twitter. We can face them 2gether, I’ll start,’ Jack said.
‘I fear for my youngest sons safety,’ he added later. ‘Harrison has struggled w drugs & alcohol just as I did when I was younger. He’s relapsed & is MIA 5days.’

Harrison’s last Instagram post was from May 22. He was seen sitting alone as his caption read: ‘Focus. YOU are left with YOU and your thoughts.’
On May 20 Kristina shared her last Instagram post. She was seen sitting with her sons Peter and Harrison on stairs of a home.
‘A bittersweet farewell to the place we called Wagner Ranch for 25 years,’ wrote the star.
‘The prickly beauty of the high desert and a landscape surrounded by national forests always reminded us that there is peace when you are willing to look for it. Oh Ranch, it’s time to part. We’ll miss you so much with our heartwarming memories. We know that there are many opportunities for joy ahead.’

His next film is Falling For Christmas which is due out later this year.
