PETER Andre’s wife Emily has lifted the lid on the secret behind their happy marriage.
The NHS doctor, 32, says she credits fun and humour for keeping her relationship with 49-year-old Peter alive.
Emily, who has been married to the Aussie singer for almost seven years, admits they are always making each other chuckle.
Writing in her OK! column, she said: “Luckily, we still make each other laugh after all these years!”
Peter and Emily tied the knot in 2015 at Mamhead House in Exeter.
The couple now have two children together, eight-year-old Amelia and Theo, five.
Emily is also stepmum to Pete’s kids from his relationship with Katie Price, son Junior 16, and 14-year-old daughter Princess.
The couple have their hands full juggling both their brood and successful careers, however they recently found time for a romantic break.
Peter turned 49 in February so they booked into the five-star Alexander House Hotel as a belated celebration.
During their mini holiday, Emily said they enjoyed making use of the venue’s posh spa and fancy restaurant.

Meanwhile, Peter has been treading the boards in London’s West End after landing the role of Vince Fontaine in Grease: The Musical.
Last week, his eldest children – Junior and Princess – supported their dad at the show’s press night.
The proud son and daughter accompanied Pete as he greeted fans outside London’s Dominion Theatre and signed autographs.
Speaking about his new role, Peter previously said: “I’m beyond excited to be making my West End debut playing Vince Fontaine in Grease at the beautiful Dominion Theatre.
“Grease is such an iconic musical and we can guarantee audiences will have the most wonderful evening listening to songs we all know and love.”
