Queer Eye season six debuted on New Year’s Eve, and there’s one member of the Fab Five who’s caught all the attention.
The show’s food expert Antoni Porowski has set Twitter alight thanks to his shirtless scenes and new muscular physique in the latest series of the hit Netflix show.
One scene even sees the Canadian hunk, 37, ditching his shirt to give his adorable pet dog Neon a wash – a moment that had viewers swooning.

The new series of Queer Eye sees Antoni and his co-stars Jonathan Van Ness, Tan France, Karamo Brown and Bobby Berk, set up shop in Texas, transforming the lives of ten more people.
While Antoni’s brief is to teach the show’s ‘heroes’ to cook or overhaul their diet, his stand out moment comes in episode three when the group travel to a cattle to ranch to help Josh.
While explaining how he wants to expand the macho rancher’s diet, Antoni is seen shirtless and washing his rescue dog Neon.
Fans flocked to Twitter to post their appreciation for the slow-mo moment, with one declaring: ‘the biggest thirst trap Netflix ever created was that random montage of shirtless Antoni washing Neon in ep 3.’

‘Antoni didn’t have to take his shirt off to wash his dog, he did that for us,’ agreed another.

Antoni joked about the moment on Instagram last week, posting a snap of himself and Neon and telling fans:
‘this might appear as a thirst trap but it’s actually an appreciation post for @senojmg who oiled me up for this emotionally draining scene, and made sure my hair was disheveled enough for every appearance on queer eye. she notoriously dislikes having her pic taken so this is for u, senoj ❤️. also ya it’s a thirst trap.’

Thanks to its Texas setting, the new series also sees animal-lover Antoni riding horses while dressed in chaps, another moment appreciated by viewers. ‘Very happy with the choice to put Antoni in chaps in this new series of queer eye.’
Speaking to Men’s Health last year, Antoni revealed how fame and seeing himself on screen changed his attitude to diet and fitness.
‘My diet has definitely changed after being on Queer Eye,’ he admitted. ‘After seeing yourself so much on camera, it’s definitely affected the way that I eat.’
The star, who lives in New York with his partner of two years Kevin Harrington, also stays in shape with six intense gym workouts a week.

The Netflix reboot of Queer Eye premiered in 2018, more than 15 years after the original debuted on Bravo.
The original version of the series, which also aimed to revamp the lives of guests with the help of the Fab 5’s expertise, first premiered in 2003 and aired on Bravo for four years.
Unlike its reboot, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy paired the hosts with guests who were ‘straight men,’ whereas Queer Eye pairs hosts with people of all genders and belief systems looking to positively upend their current life/lifestyle.
