THE View host Whoopi Goldberg revealed her natural hair in a rare video away from the talk show studios.
The actress and presenter, 66, stunned viewers as she stopped Monday’s ABC series from heading to a commercial break with a stark comment on a legal note.

The Ghost star has long been criticized for mishaps on the series – with many calling for the talk show host to be fired.
While she wears her hair in short dreadlocks for her screen time, back home, Whoopi is more casual.
A video uploaded to her Instagram page showed her with her brunette locks tied up in red spotted bows.
She wore a leopard-print tabard over a denim dress in a casual look, while promoting the re-release of her children’s book, Sugar Plum Ballerinas.

She excitedly opened a cardboard box as she said: “So, I think these are all the books I’ve been waiting for.
“Ah yes here they are, here are my books,” before holding the pretty covers up to the camera.
She said: “These are the re-issues – the newest versions – of the Sugarplum Ballerinas.
“And I want everyone to know about them because they are great stories for girls and they’re fun!

“And they’re about all these brown girls and light-skinned girls who want to be scientists and doctors and stuff and their moms want them to become ballerinas.”
Whoopi then told how she would be signing the books.
She added she was “getting ready for the other job I do” – presumably referring to her hosting role on The View.
Recently, fans have criticized Whoopi for several blunders, leading to some of them to call for her firing.
Just this week, she was accused of giving her co-stars “dirty looks” during Monday’s hectic episode.
She was also forced to apologize to co-star Sara later on, during a chat with Charlamagne tha God.
The star has had a rough last couple of weeks as the show’s moderator which as included forgetting names and projects when announcing them.
Back in May, Whoopi was mocked for mispronouncing the name of the iconic Parisian museum, The Louvre.
Whoopi has also done everything from cut-off Joy mid-conversation, trip over her words, shade famous singer Lizzo, and even messed up her introduction of US Senator Raphael Warnock.
Earlier this year the Oscar winner cause plenty of controversy following her “racist” remarks about the Holocaust.
A petition has circulated on Change.org, insisting that the TV personality be let go of her hosting duties for her “repulsive verbiage and actions.”
