Brandon Blackwell, commonly known as the Lightning Bolt, has joined the renowned game show The Chase as a new chaser.

The pursuit is a popular ABC channel quiz show that was developed from a British programme of the same name. On July 20, 2020, ABC announced that the show will be rebooted, and the first season would broadcast on January 7, 2021.

It was later confirmed that it would return for a third season on March 15, 2022, and so it premiered on May 3, 2022.

He is the world speed quizzing champion, having completed the speed quiz with 154 right answers out of 300 in just 7 minutes. Similarly, in the Under 30 World Quizzing Championships, he came in second place.

He is currently appearing on screen through the show and has captured the hearts of the public with his speed and precision in answering questions.
