The People’s Democratic Party, PDP has organize a committee to get the Vice-presidential candidate ahead of the 2023 widespread elections
According to the assertion contained in a press assertion by the celebration’s nationwide Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, the members of the Vice-Presidential Candidate screening committee have been nominated by the PDP’s National Working Committee (NWC).
The committee is headed by the earlier minister of Foreign Affairs, Tom Ikimi, the committee has Dr Akilu Indabawa and Sunday Omobo as secretary and administrative secretary respectively.
The committee is made up of various members along with Fidelis Tapgun, Prof Aisha Madawaki, Binta Bello and others.
A southerner is projected to emerge as Atiku Abubakar’s working mate.
This will make it the sixth time, Atiku Abubakar is likely to be working for the office of the President of the federal republic of Nigeria after dropping to President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.
