(REUTERS) – A Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) ethics panel desires to strip ex-national captain Anatoliy Tymoshchuk of his teaching licence and state awards as a result of his silence on Russia’s invasion and his continued work with Russia’s Zenit Saint Petersburg.
