Nigerian lawyer, Adetola Kazeem has taken to social media to deal with the issue of sporting hijabs at college, which was resolved by the courtroom docket after the regulation was dominated in favour of Muslims. The barrister well-known that the regulation is justifiable because it’s clearly acknowledged in article 38 of the Nigerian construction.
It might be recalled that Barrister Omirhobo expressed displeasure on the ruling of the courtroom docket, and took it upon himself to placed on his standard attire to courtroom docket every day. Barrister Adetola acknowledged that Barrister Omirhobo is just being emotional, as such a ruling solely proves equity between the two religions.
Speaking in a video posted by Sahara Reporters, he said, “If anybody says we’re trying to Islamise Nigeria, he is just being emotional.” It’s solely a correct we’re asking for the Muslim youthful lady to have the flexibility to placed on her hijab to highschool. And if we’re to go by historic previous, Unity colleges had been established sometime in 1973, and thru that time, a code was agreed. The Muslims have their costume code and the Christians have their costume code, regardless that, over time, quite a few these costume codes have been eroded. “

Judging from the Nigerian construction, one can merely conclude that the regulation helps the ruling, and Muslim girls needs to be allowed to placed on hijabs of their faculty uniforms.
