The couple wed over the weekend in an intimate ceremony held in Malibu, California, whose attendees included fellow Full House stars John Stamos and Candace Cameron Bure.

Jodie Sweetin and husband share wedding photo on IG
Jodie Sweetin and longtime boyfriend Mescal Wasilewski tied the knot on Saturday (30 July) in an intimate ceremony in Malibu, California.
The Full House actress and husband Mescal Wasilewski, who announced their engagement in January, shared a first look at their wedding day via People.
The exclusive snap shared by the publication sees the newly wedded couple in a sweet moment walking down the aisle together, hand in hand.
Sweetin and Wasilewski shared the wedding shot on her Instagram a day after the ceremony (Sunday, 31 August) as she reflected on their big day. Sweetin wrote: “So…. About last night.”
Wasilewski has also posted the snap on his own Instagram page as he dubbed his now wife the “love of his life.”Along with the exclusive People picture, Wasilewski also shared insight into their big day with a second snap.
In the photo, he is seen in his groom’s attire while reclined on a chair amidst what appears to be their wedding festivities.
They first crossed paths in 2017
The Full House star and husband, Mescal Wasilewski, who is a clinical social worker, first met five years ago in 2017.
At the time, the now newlyweds crossed paths through mutual friends and began dating that same year in September.
Sweetin previously shared a throwback snap from the date, which sparked them to become a couple on Instagram in honor of Valentine’s Day last year.
Reflecting on the picture, she admitted it is one of her “favorites” as she continued: “It was our ‘first’ date, and the day we decided we were going to commit ourselves to this journey together.”
Celebrated four years together in September
Last year Sweetin commemorated their fourth anniversary together in a dedicated post on Instagram as she shared a snap of them both.
While looking back on their relationship, the actress reflected on how three years of their relationship were long distance.
She wrote: “We’ve made it over four years. Nearly three of them were spent thousands of miles apart. But four years ago, on September 16, we made a decision. That we were completely in this.”
The two initially had a long-distance relationship as Wasilewski was based in New York while Sweetin lived in Los Angeles. Wasilewski ended up relocating to Los Angeles in 2020.
