Magnum PI alum Roger E Mosley has died at the age of 83 following injuries sustained in a car accident, Forbes reports. News of his passing was announced on Sunday (August 7), with fans sending condolences to the actor’s wife and family.

Mosley was familiar to TV audiences for his role as helicopter pilot Theodore ‘TC’ Calvin in the original Magnum PI series. 

News of his passing was confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter on Sunday by his daughter Ch-a, who he welcomed with wife Toni. Fans are now curious to know more about her and their family life.

Meet Roger E Mosley’s wife

The late actor was married to Antoinette ‘Toni’ Laudermilk, who is chief executive of non-profit Center For LifeLong Learners. 

The organisation is based in the Los Angeles neighborhood of West Adams and is an after-school program that offers guidance for students regarding their studies. She has helped lead operations for two decades. 

Before she joined the center, she had a background in real estate and club management, as per her Linkedin page.

They had been together for almost six decades

Roger E Mosley kept his family life private throughout his career in the spotlight. However, his wife Toni did feature alongside him at red carpet premieres and events. 

In 1984 the couple even featured together in an episode of classic game show Tattletales, in which celeb couples try to win the audience money by predicting their partner’s answers. 

Roger and Toni welcomed daughter Ch-a, who paid tribute to her father on Facebook following the tragic news.

In the post, Ch-a reflected on her parent’s relationship as they had been together for almost 60 years. She wrote: “I will care for mommy, your love of almost 60 years. You raised me well and she is in good hands. Rest easy.”

Tributes to the actor have taken over social media as fans share their thoughts and send prayers to Roger E Mosley’s wife and family.
