The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Kwara says it has arrested three people over alleged rape and theft.
According to research by The People Gazette, the three males acknowledged as Ibrahim Ahmed, Lawal Ibrahim, and Muhammed Issa attacked the pregnant girl and her husband of their home on Friday, July 5.

They had been alleged to have raped the pregnant girl and made away with worthwhile objects. However, specific intelligence and a swift response from the NSCDC led to the arrest of the suspects.
The NSCDC Spokesman, Ayeni Olasunkanmi, speaking with reporters, confirmed the incident. Mr. Ayeni acknowledged one among many suspects, Mr. Ibrahim, was arrested after stealing some objects and Mr. Ibrahim made an extra confessional assertion that led to the arrest of the other two suspects.
Mr.Ayeni urged members of most people to on a regular basis alert the police with reliable knowledge inside the battle in opposition to crime.
