The Osun State Labor Party Governorship Candidate, Honorable Yusuf Lasun has taken a quick swipe on the APC Presidential Flag-bearer, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, whereas reacting to his comment that ‘Obidents will till death’.
Honorable Yusuf Lasun, all through his interview with Arise Online News Television, reacted to the comment of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Candidate, Bola Tinubu that Labour Party and others alike are mere mushroom occasions and their supporters will labor till dying.
“Think about your children and vote accordingly so you can see the future. Come out en masse. Don’t mind PDP and other mushrooms parties, parties like Labour; they will labour till they die. God will not make you labourers” –Tinubu was quoted saying by Vanguard Online News.
Reacting to the snide remark by Tinubu, Honorable Yusuf Lasun said Tinubu is an anonymous specific particular person whose background is unknown to the actual particular person. He challenged him to do his worst as he said he is ready to face him.
“Me, as a Yoruba man, I am going to face him and I am facing him. If he has all the power in the world, let him do his worst. He is not the only Yoruba man. He can’t cow us, if he wants to be President, let him campaign all over Nigeria.”
“Who does the man (Tinubu) thinks he is? He is an anonymous person, we don’t know your background. We don’t know your school. We don’t know what you have done for yourself in life that will make you want to impose yourself on everybody” –he said.
He added that Tinubu can’t pay cash for his life. He said Tinubu went to Ataoja of Osogbo Palace 4 years up to now and knowledgeable the world that he’s richer than Osun State and promised to current them a financial engineer nevertheless didn’t protect his promise.
“I pity him. The man can no longer get hold of his life. How can you come to that space? Four years ago, you went to the palace of Ataoja and told the whole world you are richer than Osun State and you are going to give to Osun State a Financial engineer. After four years, nobody is seeing any financial engineering take place.”
Hon. Lasun conclusively said that it’s inconceivable to develop to be worthwhile in life with out labor. He said Tinubu’s comment that Labourers will labour till dying is fallacious. He said he’s going to labor and develop to be worthwhile.
