Lockport, NY – The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a child abduction that occurred near Sweetwood Drive in Lockport this morning.
Royalty Mullen, 10-months old, was taken unlawfully and under circumstances that lead police to believe that she is in imminent danger of serious physical harm and/or death.
According to the Sheriff’s office, the suspect is the child’s father. Anthones Mullen is described as a Black male standing 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighing about 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt and blue jeans.
The infant is a light-skinned Black female, about 2′ tall and 20 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a long-sleeved black onesie.
Anyone with information is asked to dial 911.
