TRAGIC new details have surfaced about the two-year-old boy whose remains were found stuffed inside a duffel bag after he was announced missing.
Ezekial Harry‘s body was found inside a trash can of a home in Houma, Lousiana, last week after he died from severe trauma to the head, his autopsy revealed.

Ezekial had also been the subject of abuse previously in his short life, according to the Terrebonne Parish District Attorney Joseph Waitz Jr.
“We are aware of abusive patterns in the past involving this young child,” he told WBRZ.
“Some of the stuff that early on investigations show, just shocks the conscious, that this type of abuse would go on,” he added.
The body of Ezekiel Harry was discovered stuffed into a black duffel bag around six hours after he went missing on July 12, following a tip-off to police.

Surveillance footage appears to show the child’s mother, 28-year-old Maya Jones, and her partner, 37-year-old Jermaine Robinson, leaving the area of their Louisiana home with the same black duffel bag in hand that the toddler was found in.
The rest of Jones’ children are “safe in the custody of their father,” the Houma Police Department told the Sun.
Jones and Robinson are currently in custody, and charged with several felonies including first-degree murder and obstruction of justice, Houma Police Department said.
Should the suspects be found guilty, they could face the death penalty, police said.

The Houma Police Department said in their statement that Harry was feared missing following a call around noon on July 12 referencing his possible abduction.
According to the news release, when authorities contacted Jones, she allegedly stated that she was along Bayou Terrebonne with her kids when a subject in a gray truck passed, grabbing her two-year-old and fleeing the scene.
After further investigation into her statements, Houma police say they obtained information that Jones’s report was inaccurate.
