A HEAVILY-tattooed fugitive on Britain’s Most Wanted list has been captured trying to use a fake passport.
Suspected drug baron Alex Male, 30, was arrested at Lisbon airport on Saturday night.
His inkings include a skull on his Adam’s apple and the words “Love” and “Live” on his hands.
He had flown from the Portuguese capital to Istanbul but drew suspicion from Turkish immigration officers when reportedly using a bogus passport.
A biometric facial recognition scan confirmed his true identity.
He was then sent back to Lisbon and arrested and was due to face an extradition hearing yesterday.
Male, of Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, was on Crimestoppers’ Most Wanted list in January.
He was nicked in 2020 but skipped bail.
The National Crime Agency said he is accused of conspiracy to supply cocaine and ketamine, money laundering and conspiracy to acquire a firearm.
