A Georgia man wanted for a violent road rage last fall is now being charged in the shooting death of his 23-year-old girlfriend early Wednesday morning.

Roswell police said family members of Johana Cabrales-Hernandez called police when a man dropped her two young children off at their home late Tuesday night, WAGA reported.

Officers went to check at her home and found her dead just after midnight. Evidence collected at the scene pointed to Fabien Perry, police said.

Perry was captured on an Alpharetta traffic camera in October getting out of his car at an intersection and walking up a line of cars waiting at a light. Apparently impatient that the lead car had not gone through the light before it turned red, Perry was seen punching the driver in the face and kicking another car before getting back into his car and leaving the scene.

Alpharetta police said a warrant for his arrest for aggravated assault remains outstanding.

Roswell police said they consider Perry armed and dangerous. He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 165 pounds. He may be driving a red, four-door Honda Civic.
