A TEENAGE girl has been raped and another was sexually assaulted during a horror attack in a London park.
Police rushed to Highams Park Lake in Chingford, East London, just before 9:30pm on Sunday evening.
The sexual assaults are believed to have taken place between 4:30pm and 8:45pm.
Both girls are said to be being supported by specialist officers.
A cordon was put in place and the area closed while officers investigated.
Met Police told MyLondon that there have been no arrests and enquiries are ongoing.

A spokesperson for the Met Police said: “An investigation is under way after police received a report of a rape and a sexual assault involving two teenage girls.
“A crime scene was put in place while the scene was dealt with. Both girls are being supported by specialist officers.
“There have been no arrests; enquiries are ongoing.”
