Uncharted action star Tom Holland was deep into character as ‘The Campus Rapist’ while filming his 1977-set Apple TV+ anthology series The Crowded Room in Manhattan on Wednesday.
The 25-year-old Englishman stars as Danny Sullivan, a thinly-veiled version of Billy Milligan, the first person in US history to be acquitted of a major crime by pleading multiple-personality disorder (now known as dissociative identity disorder).
In the scene, Tom hailed a black cab in what appeared to be London – but is likely just a fantastical figment of the robber, kidnapper, and rapist’s fractured mind.

It’s based on Daniel Keyes’ award-winning 1981 non-fiction novel, The Minds of Billy Milligan.
The true-crime show will also star Amanda Seyfried, Levon Roan Thurman-Hawke, Emmy Rossum, Christopher Abbot, Sasha Lane, Jason Isaacs, Emma Laird, Lior Raz, and Patrick Klein.
