Lizzo made a second appearance on the Sprout Podcast to discuss her upcoming album, “Special,” which she says has been three years in the making. Entertainment correspondent Tamara Dhia asked not just about her musical process, but also about two male celebrities whom Lizzo has raved about on more than one occasion: Harry Styles and Chris Evans.
Dhia mentioned the online rumors regarding a possible duet with Styles on the album. “That is so funny,” Lizzo replied. “The internet gon’ internet. That’s all imma say about that.”
Right after, Dhia mentioned Lizzo’s friend and mutual fan, Chris Evans, inquiring if his piano skills, which he showcases on his Instagram Stories (via People), will be featured on the album. “I literally hit him up and was like, ‘Play piano on my album,’ and he just said, ‘Ha,” Lizzo recalled, laughing. “It would have been really cool, but unfortunately not this time.”
