Page Six reports Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead are planning to tie the knot very shortly. In fact, the happy couple is getting married this Friday, in Los Angeles, according to a source close to them. The insider gushed, “They are more in love than ever — and having their first child together last year just strengthened their bond.” The “Fargo” co-stars purchased a home in Topanga Canyon together in 2019, with McGregor finalizing his divorce the following year. Until an official announcement, there’s no way of knowing whether Winstead and McGregor are actually getting married any time soon, though it’s worth noting that, at the recent Producers Guild Awards, she sported a huge diamond ring on her left hand (via People).

They’re notoriously private, but the “Halston” star did thank his partner during McGregor’s acceptance speech at the 2021 Emmy Awards. “Mary, I love you so much … we’ll take this home and show it to our new little boy, Laurie,” he said (via YouTube). Moreover, in a 2019 chat with Men’s Journal, the actor acknowledged feeling “better” and “lighter” these days, confirming, “I am happier. I think that’s true.” As for Winstead, she admitted to Glamour UK in 2020 that dealing with a divorce after such a lengthy relationship was incredibly difficult. “I was really starting new as an adult for the first time in my life,” the actor opined. Thankfully, it seems McGregor helped enormously with the transition.
