A DEPRESSED parrot which refused to talk after its owner died has finally found its voice — and now swears all the time.
Jesse the African grey also likes to make fart noises and cackles at his own bad jokes.
He regularly tells new owner Rachel Leather to ‘F*** off’ — but she finds it all hilarious and says she could not imagine life without him.
She said: “His language is awful but he just makes us roar with laughter.”
Jesse was taken in by the RSPCA in Bournemouth after his previous owner died — but was so grief-stricken he used to pluck out his own feathers.
The most he would say was the occasional “Goodbye”. But within 24 hours of moving in with Rachel, her partner Carl and their two dogs and five cats in Aberdare, Rhondda Cynon Taf, he was nattering away to himself.

The nine-year-old has learned Carl calls dog behaviourist Rachel “Babe”, so Jesse shouts “Babe” to get her attention — then tells her to “F*** off”.
He also laughs when he jokes “Jesse’s a good boy” — and when Carl’s character dies during a game on PlayStation.
Rachel said: “I can’t imagine how we ever existed without him.”
