He then added that his family were poking fun at his predicament, and shared series of images of his wife and daughters reacting to his diagnosis.

‘Swipe to see the family’s reaction from the safety of outside my bedroom window while I isolate inside. P.S. worst Valentine’s Day ever,’ he wrote.

In the images, his wife Chezzi, 41, and daughters, Sailor, 10, Scout, six and Sunday, one all held up signs.

Meanwhile, his daughter’s held up pieces of paper which read, ‘Sorry you have Covid. Hope you get better soon. We love you’.

They also held up placards that asked ‘how are you feeling’ and asked him to give a thumbs up or down.

Grant and Chezzi, who have been married since 2010, welcomed their third child, a daughter named Sunday Mary Mae, last February.

Although they already have two older daughters, the couple admitted in Stellar magazine that they’d forgotten what it’s like to have a newborn.

‘The first night home from the hospital, I turned to Grant and said, “I can’t believe we forgot how little babies sleep! What have we done?”‘ Chezzi, 41, told the magazine.

‘We had to get the nurses to show us how to swaddle the baby in the hospital because we couldn’t remember!’ she admitted.

The couple have since settled into being new parents all over again, with Grant explaining: ‘I think because we’re in the moment, we’re enjoying it more.’
