He’s currently signed to Gucci Mane’s record label 1017 and has been making ripples through the rap world since his debut.

His track “Back in Blood” featuring Lil Durk has peaked at No. 46 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The star faces up to eight years in jail after pleading guilty in January relating to three offenses in Tennessee and Florida.

Pooh was in a car when a person fired a gun while at a gas station in Memphis back in July 2020.

OCTOBER 2020 ARREST

In October 2020, Shiesty was arrested in Florida.

A criminal complaint claimed that the rapper went to the Landon Hotel in Bay Harbor Islands to buy “high-end athletic sneakers” and marijuana.

The rapper was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and armed battery in that incident.

Dramatic footage allegedly showed the moment the gunfight erupted.

The surveillance video shows a McLaren sports car, a Mercedes-Benz Maybach, and another Mercedes pulling into a parking lot of a condo.

The drivers and passengers then get out of the cars and, just minutes later, a man in a white shirt and another in a black sweatshirt started firing.

They then run back to the Maybach, which speeds away, with the McLaren following.

Footage showed another man hobbling back to the Mercedes. Both victims were admitted to Aventura Hospital with injuries.

Court documents revealed that Shiesty fled in a McLaren and left behind a Louis Vuitton bag – which had more than $40,000 cash inside.

The rapper was charged and released on bond in a Miami-Dade state court.

He was put into custody in July 2021 and agreed to plead guilty months later.

The rapper faced the prospect of a life sentence.

JUNE 2021: ARRESTED AFTER NIGHTCLUB SHOOTING

In a separate incident, Shiesty allegedly shot a security guard in the leg during an incident at the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami-Dade on May 30, the Miami Herald reports.

A man behind the camera claimed Shiesty is at the venue, alleging someone stole the musician’s money, according to footage posted on social media.

The crowd then appears to scatter as shots are reportedly fired.

TMZ claimed that at around 4am, a dispute broke out between Shiesty and security staff as he was being escorted out of the building.

The security manager reportedly said it was because money fell out of Shiesty’s pocket.

It was not clear how much, if any, money was involved.

TMZ also reported that the rapper reportedly took out his gun and fired into the ground but that the shot hit off a guard’s ankle and he was taken to hospital.

The star reportedly fled the scene before cops arrived.

Months before the shooting, he previously spoke about bringing “fire” to a club.

The lyrics “I got my own fire, don’t need security in the club” feature in his hit track Back In Blood.

In the same track, Shiesty claims that “wе had three hundred shots up in the car before we picked up Durk.”

He also speaks about weapons and bullets, saying “’bout 20 some shots left up in the K, 15 still in the Glock.”

NO LONGER FACING LIFE SENTENCE

Pooh faced the prospect of a life sentence but pleaded guilty to a charge stemming from the three incidents in January.

He faced up to 20 years in jail but attorneys recommended an eight-year sentence, according to the Associated Press.

The US Attorney’s Office in South Florida said the star admitted to conspiring to possess firearms in furtherance of crimes of violence and drug trafficking as part of his plea.

It’s reported that the government cannot ask for more than 97 months behind bars.

Shiesty could face up to three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.

He’s set to be sentenced in Miami on April 7.

‘JAIL PHOTO’ GOES VIRAL

Months after his guilty plea a photo that appears to show the rapper went viral online this week.

The image was uploaded to Instagram by a backup page for DJ Akademiks, The Source reports.

The Sun has approached Saam Zangeneh and Bradford Cohen, who have previously represented Shiesty, for comment regarding the legitimacy of the photo.
