JAMES Bulger’s grave has been vandalised again by heartless thugs with his devastated mum pleading for the vile acts to stop.
Little James was laid to rest at Kirkdale Cemetery, Liverpool, in 1993 but thieves have ransacked the grave for the second time in just a month.

On February 12, 1993 little James was led away by Venables and Thompson while his mother Denise was in a butcher’s shop at the busy shopping centre.
After being abducted the two-year-old toddler was tortured and murdered before being abandoned on railway tracks 29 years ago by the depraved duo – who were ten at the time.
It was a crime that shocked the nation but it hasn’t stopped the sick yobs from stealing the stone cherub that lay on his resting place once more.
A furious Denise Fergus, 53, said: “To see this happen once more is heart-breaking.

“I’m furious that someone would stoop this low. It’s utterly disgraceful. Do these criminals not know how important these places are for loved ones like us?”
The devastated family had only just retrieved the sleeping angel figure after recovering it the first time, reports The Mirror.
But Denise’s husband Stuart has searched the site on this second occasion and not found it.
Posting on Facebook, Denise said: “Once again, I’m asking my friends to help me. I’m fuming.

“It has to be the same person who took it the first time. If anyone sees this, please get in touch.
“I really don’t know why they feel the need to steal from anyone’s resting place. They simply don’t know the pain they cause.”
Back in April, James’ dad Ralph again demanded child killer Jon Venables’ anonymity was revoked to protect other kids.
He also renewed calls for a public inquiry into his son’s killing and the aftermath to “flush out the truth”.
Venables and Thompson were found guilty of Bulger’s abduction and murder on November 24, 1993 – making them the youngest people to be jailed for murder in 250 years.
The monsters had poured modelling paint into his eyes, stoned him and clubbed him with bricks, before leaving him on the railway line to be hit by a train.
At 18 years old, Venables and Thompson were both released from a young offenders’ institution under licence in June 2001.
After intensive rehabilitation, the pair were handed new identities.
Thompson has not re-offended since being released on licence when he was 18 years old.
But Venables has been recalled to jail twice since he was first released in 2001 for possessing indecent images of children.

Now 39, he will be given the chance to appeal at a hearing this year to determine whether he can once again be released into the public.
