A JUDGE ruled a thug who hit three A&E staff won’t pay damages due to the cost of living crisis.
Michael Broad, 28, was high on spice when he punched support worker Vicky Harvey, leaving her with a bruised chin.

He also attacked a nurse and guard after his mum, worried about his behaviour, took him to Maidstone Hospital, Kent.
Dog walker Broad, left with £100 a month after outgoings, admitted assault at the town’s crown court.
But Recorder Andrew Walker QC told him: “I’m satisfied that with the rise in household bills, you are not in a position to make any payment.”
Broad, of Snodland, got a 16-week jail term, suspended for 18 months, plus 20 rehab sessions.
The court heard the 28-year-old had lashed out at care and support worker Vicky Harvey, A&E nurse Satheesh John, and security guard Mohammad Nabi.
In an agitated state he went over to Ms Harvey as she sat at a desk and without warning punched her in the face three times.
Broad then attacked Mr Nabi and Mr John by punching, kicking and biting them.
Mr Nabi’s glasses were also damaged in the struggle.

The violent incident was captured on CCTV and lasted as long as 30 minutes, continuing even as he was being held on the floor.
