Her dad Riaz Khil shared a new photo of his daughter this week as the family desperately seeks more information.

It was taken just before she disappeared and includes the clothes she was wearing on the day.

The family’s representative said the picture was released as many people were asking about the jewelry the young girl was wearing.

In the recently released photo, Lina is seen to be wearing blue bangle bracelets on one wrist and gold-toned bangles on the other.

She is also wearing small gold earrings and a piece around her neck that is known as the Taweez, which contains verses from the Quran.

It is typically worn for good luck or protection.

Lina was also dressed in a red dress and a black jacket.

The three-year-old was last seen near the family’s home on the 9400 block of Fredericksburg Road in San Antonio.

She was in a playground between the hours of 4:30pm and 5:10pm before being reported as missing by her mother.

Lina’s family is part of an Afghan refugee community and first arrived in the US in 2019.

They believe she was abducted.

Lina’s case was an Amber alert which was suspended on January 7.

The police say the investigation is ongoing, however.

Prior to the amber alert being suspended, the police issued multiple alerts warning that Lina could be in “grave danger”

REWARD OFFERED

Over $140,500 is being offered as a reward to anyone who finds Lina.

The Islamic Center of San Antonio is offering a $100,000 reward while the Crimestoppers is offering a $50,00 reward.

The FBI are actively working alongside the San Antonio Police Department in helping to search for the three-year-old girl.

Lina’s parents are hopeful that their daughter will be found returned home safely in time to celebrate her fourth birthday in February.

Lina’s physical appearance is described as white, about 4-feet tall, and weighing 55 pounds.

She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Police said Lina’s hair is straight and shoulder-length. She was last seen wearing her hair in a ponytail.

Anyone with any information in reference to Lina’s case is strongly urged to contact the department’s Missing Persons Unit at 210-207-7660 or Crime Stoppers at 210-224-7867.
