Who is Frick Park named after?, continued

Frick, who passed away on December 2, 1919, famously founded the H. C. Frick & Company coke manufacturing company and served as the chairman of the Carnegie Steel Company.

He reportedly played a key role in the formation of the giant U.S. Steel manufacturing concern.

From 1881 to 1919, he was married to Adelaide Howard Childs Frick, with whom he welcomed four children with including Child, Henry Clay Frick, Jr., Helen and Martha.
