VLADIMIR Putin has sparked a health scare after video emerged showing the Russian tyrant with a dead arm during a visit to a military museum.

He’s also seen limping as he walked next to the glamorous daughter of his defence minister Sergei Shoigu

The footage is from this weekend’s military festivities, known as Navy Day, in Russia.

Shoigu’s daughter Ksenia, 31, was showing around a military museum which she heads.

Putin is seen being attacked by mosquitoes on the right side of his face and uses his left hand to swat them away as his right arm hands limp.

The ailing autocrat is also seen walking awkwardly, evidently with a limp, alongside Shoigu’s daughter with her father also present.

CHANGE OF MIND

Russia makes shock u-turn on abandoning the ISS as it reaches out to Nasa

These are the latest videos suggesting that Putin, aged 69 and proud of his macho image, has undeclared health problems

Reports have suggested he has a permanent squad of doctors close to him when he travels around Russia or abroad

There have been claims – from Ukraine and elsewhere  – that body doubles are sometimes used when Putin is unable to

Ukraine’s head of military intelligence Major-General Kyrylo Budanov alleged a lookalike was deployed when he arrived in Tehran earlier this month.

He said: “Please look at the moment of Putin’s exit from the plane.

“Is it Putin at all?”

The Ukrainian intelligence chief also claimed Putin will be dead in two years because he is suffering from “several grave illnesses”.

Budanov told Sky News that Putin was in “very bad psychological and physical condition and he is very sick”.

On his Tehran trip, he met Iran’s leadership plus Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

In one video, Erdoğan kept Putin waiting, with the Russian ruler appearing ill at ease as he shuffled his feet and made strange facial movements, again leading to speculation over his health.

General SVR channel has claimed that Putin is suffering from serious illnesses including cancer, Parkinson’s disease and an schizoaffective disorder.

This channel is reportedly authored by an exiled Kremlin lieutenant-general insider who is known by the alias Viktor Mikhailovich.

However, CIA director William Burns said recently that Putin was “too healthy” and that there was no intelligence he was ailing.

But Russian political scientist Valery Solovey, who has long claimed the Kremlin leader – who in February launched a war in Ukraine – is suffering major health problems.

“The Americans, the CIA particularly, have information on the real state of health of the Russian president,” he said.

“They definitely know that he has serious troubles, including mental ones.”

Solovey, a former professor at Moscow prestigious Institute of International Relations [MGIMO] who claims inside knowledge of Putin’s condition, suggested that the “too healthy” comment was made because the US is involved in behind the scenes negotiations with Russia.

The Kremlin insists Putin is in good health, and there are even rumours his “mistress” gymnast Alina Kabaeva, 39, is expecting a new baby.

Putin’s health has been subject to huge scrutiny in the wake of the war in Ukraine, and rumours continued to mount in the wake May’s military parade when the tyrant was seen with a blanket over his legs.

Footage of Putin’s poor posture, shaking hands and apparent bloated face sparked speculation about the strongman’s health.

There have also been rumours Putin may have Parkinson’s and suffers from “schizophrenic symptoms”, although there is no proof of this.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has denied that Putin was sick.
